Gnome/WindowMaker How to

I was following a thread, decide to install some new themes for FC3 Gnome. 
Found out that alot of the themes I was interested in required WindowMaker. 
This is only my second month using linux and a bit confused... I want the 
windowMaker themes but I don't know it will change my Gnome setup, I have 
become very good at gnome and now unsure if i install WindowMaker if it will 
mess it up.

Can any one refer me to a site where i learn how to integrate the both? I 
just need info on where to go the learn  how to combine the two?

Or if some one can give me explict direction on what to do? Please note I 
read WindowMaker website and still a bit confused, because they say they are 
compatible with gnome but it search google and saw issues.

Please note all i reall want is to use window maker themes will still being 
able to maint the seem gnome system?
