I'm using cable and if my FC box is plugged directly into my cable modem
(not recommend) if I unplug my modem wait 10 seconds I would get a new
IP every time. My firewall box stores the last IP and I get it back if
I shut it down, but I've never had it off for a long time. You can go
to http://www.whatismyip.com/ unplug/plug then hit refresh on your
browser and see if it changes. Or check with your ISP.
