fc3 mkisofs strangeness

I was burning an image using mkisofs with the speakup version of fc3 and
mkisofs threw a warning to the effect that /root/burn was unknown and
unallocated but it was continuing on. The image got burned and I'll find
out later how good it was. The mkisofs command I used came from use with
an earlier version in the redhat line too. The command was mkisofs
-log-file=cdw2.log -r -J -o cd_image /root/burn <cr>. /root/burn has a
few directories in it of some binary files but more text files. Is there
a problem, and if so does a work-around exist? I thought it might be
-input-charset not having been set that might be messing things up but
that didn't provide any help once it was set.
