Can't browse, ssh, or ftp but can ping and nslookup FC-3

What exactly does that mean?
Are you ftping to the broken box or from the broken box to another one?
What messages are produced during the FTP session? "can't download" can 
mean anything.
Are any messages logged in /var/log/* ?
Can this be a simple permissions issue?
What userid are you using to authenticate with to the ftp server?
Assuming you're ftping to the broken box, have you made any changes to 
the /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf file?

Are you using a linux ssh command or a Windows Putty session? Describe 
the other end. Have you made any changes to the /etc/ssh/*_config files. 
Again - what errors are you seeing during an ssh attempt?
