Should work.  Although I understand there is a network management tool
that may do the same thing in FC3.  But iwlist should be part of the
lower level tools available for handling wireless. 

The only problem you may have depends on the driver you are using with
your wireless card.  If it is using the ndiswrapper stuff you may be out
of luck.  Things like kismet will also not work with ndiswrapper.
