Open links in new tab in Firefox? [SOLVED]

Thanks a lot for the answers. The way I solved it was just changing the 
line 224 in /usr/bin/firefox to remove the new-window parameter from the 
Firefox call, as suggested by Mariano and in the bugzilla:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=138789
That solved it.
