badness in interruptible_sleep_on_timeout at kernel/shecd.c:3005

Dear All,

Whenever I insert the module for the first time I got the error like: 
badness in interruptible_sleep_on_timeout at kernel/shecd.c:3005.
Afterwards it was not giving any error messages and my module is working
fine.

I am using the Fedora Core 3 with 2.6.9-1.667 kernel version.

Can anyone give an idea how to solve it?
