Yes, it's one of a bucketload in the sysconfig directory:

/etc/sysconfig/clock

/etc/sysconfig/iptables
/etc/sysconfig/kernel
/etc/sysconfig/keyboard
/etc/sysconfig/mouse
/etc/sysconfig/netdump_id_dsa
/etc/sysconfig/netdump_id_dsa.pub
/etc/sysconfig/network
/etc/sysconfig/selinux

Don't know whether we should consider this a bug, though.
