Problem sutdown

Hi,

i have a Dell Powerdge 1600SC server with Fedora Core 3.

I can't shutdown my computer. I've message like this :

call acpi_power_off

Then i've tried with acpi=off or acpi=ht on boot but no one resolv my 
problem.

How can I make ?
