It's not really a contradiction. The mozilla package is installed in
/usr/lib/mozilla-*, but the users (and any of their shell scripts) are
expected to execute /usr/bin/mozilla.
Nothing in /usr/lib/mozilla-* is intended to be executed *directly* by
users or scripts, and it should not appear in any user's PATH or MANPATH.
