Actually not, Xiaman was not installed on the RH9.

The exact error I get is this:

# rpm -i courier-imap-2.2.1-1.9.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        libcom_err.so.3 is needed by courier-imap-2.2.1-1.9

BUT, I downloaded last version of courier tarball, rpmbuilded it, and the
new package does not produce any error ...
