Fedora Core 1 Update: gimp-print-4.2.6-4

Seems to be part of gnome-panel that applet. I did upgrade gnome-panel
yesterday (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=108395).
Now as soon as I downgraded I was notified about pending updates.
Reupgrading gnome-panel and logging in did not make this notification
disappear.

I am a bit confused. Did the notification tool "got stuck" due to the
upgrade, or were these upgrades made available in the channel at the
same time I downgraded? Curious.
