redhat-config-httpd won't run after upgrade

On FC1 that package is called redhat-config-httpd, but that package has 
nothing to do with DNS.  
On FC2test1 all the previous redhat-config-* tools were renamed to 
system-config-*

The correct package for FC1 to deal with DNS is redhat-config-bind, and 
on my system it is located in /usr/bin
