You can go to yarrow.freshrpms and download K3b you will also need a lot
of other packages and their devel packages, here is a list of the ones I
used to get it working

Flac
flac
flac-devel
ID3
libid3
libid3-devel

libid3
libid3tag
libid3tag-devel

libmad
libmad
libmad-devel
and K3b
