Highpoint 372N patch for 2.6 kernel?

The stock Fedora kernel seems to have the patch for the Highpoint 372N
controller, as described here:

However, none of the 2.6 kernels seem to have this patch, and it will not
apply cleanly to the 2.6 kernel.

Does anyone know where I can find a patch for the 2.6 kernel, which will
allow me to use the second channel of the HPT372N controller?
