Thank you to whoever made spatial orientation a forced default in GNOME

There seems to be an underlying theme to many posts to this list:
Is there a more complex file manager? Nautilus is too easy.
Is there a more complex CD burner? Nautilus CD burner is too easy.
Is there a more complex desktop? GNOME is too easy.
