Neither Lindows not Sun give their offerings away as free download so part
of money they receive can go to the licensors and they can properly
account for how many copies they have sold and how much the licensor is
due. That mechanism obviously can't apply to frely downloadable and
distributable software. Maybe you should look to those distributions if
Fedora doesn't suit you needs?
