Vncviewer won't start

Yep it is, when you first run vncserver :1 or so on, it ask you for the
password. If I remember, if you want to change password, you have to delete
a file (passwd) in .vnc directory if I remember correctly

As a clarification could someone confirm the password is set when
VNCserver is first run (can be changed later I believe) and not the
password of the user (unless they happen to be the same of course)
