Need help installing GD library for PHP 4.3.4 on Fedora FC1

Hello All!
    I'm trying to move an application which makes use of the GD extensions
to PHP to a newly built system based on Fedora FC1 (Linux).  Unfortunately
the GD extensions don't seem to have been included Fedora, so I would
appreciate your guidance in how to install this combination on this
platform.
