It's ok for xmllint, thank you again for this step by step update:

xmllint --version

For libxslt:

rpm -U libxslt-1.1.2-1.i386.rpm libxslt-devel -1.1.2-1.i386.rpm 
libxslt-python-1.1.2-1.i386.rpm

erreur: Dépendances requises:
         libxsltbreakpoint.so.1 est nécessaire pour (déjà installé)

There is on /usr/lib:
a link libxsltbreakpoint.so.1 to libxsltbreakpoint.so.1.0.8
