They are the same package.

I'd like to take this opportunity to ask people to please, please,
PLEASE, pretty please, if you find problems with kernel packages,
use bugzilla. Whilst most of the time I'm the only person working on the
Fedora kernel, I'm way overloaded with email, and sending me private
mail is likely to get delayed, or maybe even lost.

Additionally if the issue you're reporting is common and other people
are seeing it, I'm not going to write the same response to a dozen
people. Use bugzilla. Use the lists. I don't have the bandwidth to
respond to every mail any more.
