I really don't think you want both of these to be the same channel name. 
Your FTP is also gave me an error about too many users :-)  Also, unless
you are using devel versions of rhn-applet, http servers are preferred.

And you are still trying to use the main update site, so you will still
get errors if you have trouble downloading the headers.
