ghostscript configuration problems

Hi,

Since installing KDE 3.2 KGhostView, the print preview and the gs utility
fail to work as expected. KGhostView and print preview show allways empty
pages. When I run from the shell gs, I get the following output:

Can't find (or can't open) font
file /usr/share/ghostscript/Resource/Font/Times-Roman.
Can't find (or can't open) font file Times-Roman.
Substituting font Courier for Times-Roman.
Can't find (or can't open) font
file /usr/share/ghostscript/Resource/Font/Courier.
Can't find (or can't open) font file Courier.
Unable to load default font Courier!  Giving up.
[root at hercules lib]#

I have ghostscript 7.07 and ghostscript-fonts installed ...

What is wrong with my configuration? What should I do to correct it?
