Problems using up2Date

Hello,

I am unable to install a C compile (gcc) via the 'Add
Remove Applications' panel. I choose 'Development
Tools', click Update, click 'Continue in the next
winindow. A progress bar moves and after a few secs I
get an error 'There was an error installing packages.'
after which I canonly exit.

How can I solve this?

I use Fedora Core 1
