Adding packages to fedora ftp site?

Hi,

What is the process of building a package and submitting it to the
fedora download site for inclusion on future releases as well as being
in the dir for yum install <package>?

I am wanting to build and submit DansGuardian packages since it is the
foremost filter of we content that is open source.  RPMs are already
available on the www.dansguardian.org site for Fedora but I wish to be
the package maintainer for both the DG site and the Fedora site.


Also:  What is the possibility of adding MimeDefang (www.mimedefang.org)
to the package list?  Many people that use spamassassin use mimedefang
to milter the mail sendmail receives.
