mod_perl and large posts

Hi List,

I have a question about mod_perl included with Fedora Core 1:

In mod_perl < 1.99.11 is a bug that will cut of large posts to the
server.  Now the Version included with Fedora C1 is mod_perl_1.99.10 is
this a specially patched version that does not exhibit this problem or
is this a buggy version? (As it was delivered in RedHat 9)
