lookup problem

Hi,

Can anyone explain why this happens on a fedora host.

# host www.xs4all.nl
socket.c:1111: internal_send: 81.17.33.2#53: Invalid argument
socket.c:1111: internal_send: 81.17.34.2#53: Invalid argument
socket.c:1111: internal_send: 81.17.33.2#53: Invalid argument
socket.c:1111: internal_send: 81.17.34.2#53: Invalid argument
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

nslookup and dig give the same result.

cat /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 81.17.33.2
nameserver 81.17.34.2
----

RH9 servers using the same nameservers have no problem.
