Though the mail get some SPAM points, a required value of 3.5 generated
definately too much false positives. Just have a look at the statistics
at spamassassin.org. If you trigger for such low values no wonder you
get many mails as SPAM detected.

SpamAssassin 2.55 is way old. Version 2.60 or better actual 2.61 do
produce better recognition rates.
