Not the recommended way of doing things, but hey, caveat emptor.

rpm -Uvh *.rpm 

Will attempt to upgrade anything installed, or install it if it isn't
already.

rpm -Fvh *.rpm 

Will upgrade just the installed packages and ignore the others.

You may get weird dependency errors with either.
