up2date problem ( bad error message )

When a 404 occurs up2date states, "There was some sort of I/O error: Not
a gzipped file".

>From my apache logs because I was excluding debuginfo in my rsync.

[Thu Jan 22 11:07:30 2004] [error] [client xxxx] File does not exist:
/webroot/fedora/os/development/headers/Canna-debuginfo-0-3.7p1-2.i386.hdr

I don't know python or I'd patch a better message.
