ATrpms: yum service is gone

yum on atrpms has not its own service, but was added to a now common
service for apt and yum called check4updates. You can customize it
(choose which, both or none resolvers) from
/etc/sysconfig/check4updates. The default operation uses both apt and
yum to notify you of possible updates.
