[Bug 107389] (3C59X) 3c59x + kudzu == boom

Jim

==============================================================
Thanks very much everybody for your help on this. Unfortunately, still
no luck.

I tried diabling the graphical boot. Did not help.
I tried disabling kudzu. Did not help.
I tried adding "alias eth0 3c59x debug=6 options=4 full_duplex=1" to the
modprobe.conf file. Did not help.

Maybe I will try a new driver, as mentioned in the Bug 107389 report.
Other than that, I'm out of ideas.
I may have to stick with the 2.4 kernel for a while.
