PHP 5 b3 compile problem

	Try compiling PHP 5 from source, looking out the
"configure"'s options. There are some changes from PHP 4.
After that, just use there options within specfile.
	Since PHP 5 is heavily based on libxml2, so be aware
to use it's latest release.
