Can't seem to disable STARTTLS in Fedora sendmail

You're not the only that has this problem...  I've noticed it for a
while and have googled for a solution but have come up empty.  I found
them worrisome at first but now they are more of an annoyance than
anything.  A solution would be nice, I'll try a few of the things
previously mentioned.
