How do I change the configration of sendmail

I'm not yet using FC1.  Is there anyplace I can just download the 
sendmail rpm and take a look at it?  I'm going to check to see if this 
was perchance in the RHL9 rpm.  If not, then I'm wondering where in a 
changelog I can find the change, since it doesn't appear to be in 
earlier releases.
