Proper ettiquette for posting messages

No, using XP has nothing to do with it. But your using Outlook has. Switch to 
a decent email client such as Mozilla Thunderbird 
(http://www.mozilla.org/projects/thunderbird/), which will let you reply with 
all the etiquette you will ever need. ;)
