Most burning (Nero etc.) software has an option: "Burn image" or
simular. Usually you can just click on the file in the explorer.

If you do not have a special disk writing software and only use Windoze
utils you can install the M$ Powertoys from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

which include a "ISO Writing Wizard". Worked well for me, even with
bootable CDs.
