Up2date problem

I upgraded my system from rh9 to fedora and I am having a problem using
up2date. Whenever I run the command "up2date -u" for example I will get the
message below

Your GPG keyring does not contain the Red Hat, Inc. public key.
Without it, you will be unable to verify that packages Update Agent
downloads
are securely signed by Red Hat.

Your Update Agent options specify that you want to use GPG.

To install the key, run the following as root:

    rpm --import /usr/share/rhn/RPM-GPG-KEY

I have issued the rpm command mentioned in the error message but I still get
the same results when I use up2date.

Any thought on how I can correct this????

Thanks
