pgp / up2date problem

Hi Harold,

I don't have a good answer for you as I am this problem more and more as 
well.

My work-around is to manually download the requested .rpm files into the 
  /var/spool/up2date directory then let up2date handle it from there.

It would be good to have a better solution tho...
