dvi2tty: making ascii from LaTeX

Why is /usr/bin/pg required by dvi2tty?

You can simply set the PAGER environment variable to let is use
any pager replacement  you want (e.g. export PAGER=/usr/bin/less, or
setenv PAGER /usr/bin/less.)
