So what would it take to shake RH a little to get this moving along.  
Just about *anything* at this point will be a better solution than 
the constant difficulties new users have in accessing the yum 
repositories.  Have you any influence? This is most likely a process 
problem rather than a bug fix that would be handled by a bugzilla 
entry.

To anyone at RH: Is there a plan to address this in some fashion?
