P4 HyperThreading locks fedora

SMP hangs sounds like you're running the default 2115 kernel
that shipped with FC1. If thats true, try again with the errata
kernel.

FWIW, both my 1 CPU 2.8 HT and my 2 CPU 2.4HT run fine with
the updated kernel.
