Kernel 2.4.23 rpm question

Backporting bug and security fixes as such a cute little thing. But I'm
sure I'm not the only one which is crazy to find a official package for
2.6 for fedora (not just kernel, one update which would make
usb/kudzu/soundcard works for it) :-)
