Apache port question

If anyone is using Webmin on Fedora in secure mode and would help me learn
how to do that, please email me off list.  I have it working in insecure
mode and don't really understand what's needed to run in secure mode.  I
have SSH working and can use Putty or WinSCP to access my machine, but I
don't know how to use Webmin in secure mode.  tnx - John
