Webmailsystem umlauts missing

Probably has to do with the system wide usage of UTF-8 on FC1. You could
check whether changing "AddDefaultCharset UTF-8" in
/etc/httpd/conf/httpf.conf to iso-8859-1 will better the situation
("service httpd restart" needed). Maybe you need to edit all files where
umlauts appear to make the files stored with UTF-8 encoding.
