yes.  Redhat have stated that they will delay the release of FC2 if the
kernel gets delayed.  Check out fedora.redhat.com for the release schedule.
I 'think' it is the 5th of April.

Of course, you can download a version of the kernel now and compile it into
your FC1 install.
