diskless feature in fedora?

I found email that explain this, 
in my rc.local (I still don't experiment how put this in early script)
that making swapfile before,
then making losetup to /dev/loop0 
then running swapon, because in my knowledge that 
rc.local is running before X, then It's okay by now
