Kpackage missing from Kdeadmin - Why, and howto rectify

I have put the hacked spec and a patch  on web site so you can easily 
see the changes:

BTW, there are a few extra packages and deps needed to be able to 
build. I hope (assume ) that since you were able to build from source 
successfully, you should be able to build from src.rpm using the spec 
file.

I do have to ask why such a need for kpackage? It is quite nice to 
look at, but it doesn't appear to do anything more than a small number 
of commandline + options could acheive.

ie 'yum list' 'yum list available' 'yum info <somepackage>' 'yum 
update' 'yum install <somepackage'>

I haven't tried keeping a fedora machine up to date using kpackage. In 
fact I don't know where to start. I do see that it has capability to 
use apt, so maybe it can do it that way ?
