grub question

Hi there,

I am not so knowledgable on grub, because I always used LILO in the 
past. With LILO you can interrupt the boot with ^X and then type 'linux 
1' or 'linux 3', can you make separate entries in grub.conf what do the 
same thing? My current entry is:

title Fedora Core (2.4.22-1.2149.nptl)
    root (hd1,0)=
    kernel /vmlinuz-2.4.22-1.2149.nptl ro root=LABEL=/ hdd=ide-scsi 
hdb=ide-scsi rhgb vga=791
    initrd /initrd-2.4.22-1.2149.nptl.img
