fedora.us has the previous release (0.10.2) in "testing", but without
mp3 support. The 0.10.3 release is in the QA queue with one publish
vote, but no one else seems to care about it. The same package plus
mp3 support enabled has been released at rpm.livna.org some time ago,
so the update request at fedora.us should not require any low-level
skills for review and approval.
